Good value, fruit-forward Chile Cabernet Sauvignon. Cherry liqueur and green pepper notes in the nose. Medium-bodied, quite dry, with medium-high acidity, and cherry with hints of smoke in the mouth. Smooth, dark finish with round tannin feel. Drinkable even when opened relatively early, with a little decanting. Paired with grilled tenderloin steak with chimichurri sauce; the wine's bold flavors paired well with garlic and lime.
